Dual Channel™ Validation

MI's unique Dual Channel™ Validation (DCV) is a ground-breaking new feature designed to enable clinical-grade research. DCV scores provide researchers with a quantitative metric for characterizing overall sensitivity and specificity of any HCR™ HiFi Probe. We're excited to now offer DCV as a service! Let us know if you're interested, and we'll get your project underway.

We've made a few key updates to simplify reordering and improve usability:

Enhanced Kit Components

We've updated our kits to provide more reliability and support.

• Custom Probe Promise: If your target isn't working as expected, reach out to your MI representative, and we'll provide a complimentary replacement.
• New & Improved Formulation for HCR™ Detect Kits: The HCR™ Pro Detect Kit has been reformulated for improved robustness. Please avoid combining these new reagents with those from older kits as it may result in loss of signal or inconsistent performance. Updated HCR™ Pro Detect Kits remain fully compatible with all previous probe kits.

Exciting New Partnerships

We're expanding our capabilities through new collaborations.

• Navinci: Our new partnership with Navinci brings together the state-of-the-art HCR™ Pro RNA-ISH and their innovative in situ proximity ligation assay (isPLA). The joint assay enables comprehensive study of tissue phenotypes, including the PD1/PD-L1 inhibitory pathway. Both technologies are fully automated on the Leica BOND RX autostainer, streamlining workflows for researchers. • Visiopharm: Now offering compatibility with Phenoplex software for advanced image analysis. Check out our joint poster at SITC! 
• BioChain: We're working with BioChain to validate their FFPE tissue sections' RNA quality using the HCR™ Pro RNA-ISH assay. This offers researchers the ability to confidently assess RNA integrity before conducting ISH or ISH + IHC co-detection experiments. By ensuring high RNA quality upfront, this validation reduces variability and increases reproducibility in downstream applications. Look out for the upcoming launch of BioChain's new product line, featuring tissue sections validated for optimal RNA quality.
